Our professional photographer will be available within 7 business days to conduct a complete photo shoot of your car, including video, to highlight it and promote its sale. Please allow between 1 and 2 hours for your appointment with the photographer.
When you buy a car on CarJager, buyer protection fees apply. These fees, which help ensure payment security and vehicle selection, amount to 4% of the final offer. For example, for a final bid of €20,000, the fees will be €800 excl. VAT.
A reserve price is a mechanism that ensures a car is not sold for too low a price. It corresponds to the minimum sale price, determined with our team of Car Specialists in agreement with the seller before the sale.
If the reserve price is not met at the end of the auction, the listing is withdrawn.
If the reserve price is met or exceeded, the highest bidder wins the sale. The reserve price is not disclosed. If you place a bid below the reserve price, you are informed, and your bid appears in the bid history. If you place a bid above the reserve price, the message 'reserve met' is displayed on the listing.
