This rare Delorean DMC 12 was delivered new to the USA on 1 July 1981. It is therefore one of the rare very first models produced and even more desirable because it is fitted with an original manual gearbox.

A legendary car (with brushed aluminium bodywork, lines by Giugiaro and a chassis designed by Colin Chapman and his well-known role in the cinema), it is rare to find a Delorean as clean and healthy as our example.
Our Delorean has 42,000 original miles and an extensive file of invoices and history, bearing witness to meticulous follow-up in the USA and then in Europe. It has its original bag (a period accessory), its original radio and its custom-made cleaning kit for the bodywork.
Arrived in France in 2015, this car now has French papers and has been meticulously maintained:
- mechanics up to date,
- fully restored dashboard,
- new front and rear adjustable dampers,
- new spark plugs,
- new front suspension silent-blocks,
- paintwork on front PC revised,
- CT passed for sale.
Deloreans in such good condition are hard to find on the market, and this one has been maintained with particular care, which makes it quite unique. Aesthetically prepared for sale, our example is in superb condition and will not cost its future owner anything.
It is important to note that this car will be sold revised, with a CT passed for the sale. The complete file will be handed over at the time of sale.
