History: This Singer 4AD is particularly rare, being one of only 1,546 produced between 1951 and 1955. Having been produced in the last series, our example has two carburettors and not just one like those of previous years. Its previous owner used it very regularly with proper maintenance for almost 10 years.

Condition:
General: This Singer is in generally good condition.

Exterior: The bodywork presents well, with signs of wear in keeping with its age, of particular note are two slight cracks in the aluminium at the bottom of the rear trunk. The paintwork reflects the car's history while maintaining a good overall appearance. The beige soft top remains tightly stretched and has no tears. The wheel trims, lights and other chrome parts on this roadster are in very good condition.

Interior: The interior is well preserved, reflecting the charm of the period. The beige leathers, which extend from the seats to the dashboard, are in very good condition, tightly stretched and without any tears, although they could do with a little cleaning. The seats are still in good condition.

Powertrain: The engine works well, with regular and reliable performance, certainly due to its use and regular servicing over the past 10 years. The 4-speed manual gearbox offers smooth gear changes. Road holding is very good.
