Jaguar Type E Serie 1 2+2 4.2 1967 / Manual

Completely restored a few years ago by Bretagne Roadster. It is in very good condition, both in terms of bodywork and mechanics.

The bodywork is in remarkable condition. A complete restoration was carried out a few years ago. A photo file documents the work. The Primrose Yellow paintwork is remarkably well executed. It is indeed the original colour. The overall appearance is excellent, and the paint is well stretched. The preparation work was meticulous. The seals have been replaced. The wheels, replaced a few years ago, the chrome and the headlights are also in perfect condition.

The interior matches the excellence of the exterior. The black leather upholstery is in near-new condition, with the trim and headlining equally impeccable. The dashboard and buttons are in perfect condition. All the on-board instrumentation works. Finally, the three-spoke steering wheel with its wooden surround is in excellent condition.

Under the bonnet, the 4.2 engine starts instantly. Its overall performance is very good. This is the car's original engine. The handling is very sound, and the running gear was rebuilt during the restoration. The car is fitted with a double stainless steel exhaust system. This produces a superb sound. The car will be serviced for sale. The cooling system has been optimised and the brakes reinforced.
