History: This Jaguar was delivered new in France in 2000. Its first owner kept it for 1 year. For the record, the second owner was the grandson of Louis de Funès. Its new owner acquired it in 2021. It comes with a full set of invoices and a maintenance booklet.

General: This copy is in very good overall condition.

Exterior : The bodywork of this Jaguar XK-R is in very good condition. The paintwork has been redone in the past and remains in very good condition, apart from a few discreet signs of use. The AVD headlight has a few small traces of oxidation. The BBS Detroit rims are a much sought-after accessory.

Interior: The interior of this XK-R is in very good condition. The headliner, which is known to come off on older Jaguars, was redone in 2020 on this one. So it's still in place. The car is equipped with numerous comfort accessories such as heated seats with memory function, electrically adjustable steering wheel and cruise control.

Mechanicals: The V8 works very well, the car is up to date with its service for sale... perfectly. All the classic things to look out for on these V8s from 20 years ago have been done: ignition coils, flow meter, lambda probes, etc. The essential gearbox flush has been carried out. The essential gearbox oil change was carried out at 100,000 km. The running gear is in good condition, and the handling is good. The rear wheel bearings are recent. The car is fully serviced, and the service was carried out at the end of September 2024 (oil change, filters, belts, etc).
