Exterior: The bodywork had been restored and now displays a remarkable shine. The Gold Metallic hue is the original one, perfectly expressing the car's lines and character. A few very slight traces of this Chevy's life are present in places, without compromising the very fine overall appearance. The wheels, with their original hubcaps, are beautifully presented and 5 new tires have been fitted. The chrome is in good condition, and the headlights work well, as do the 6 characteristic taillights.

Interior: The interior is in excellent condition, with 3 bench seats for 9 people (as attested by the vehicle registration document). The front bench is electrically adjustable! The starry sky roof lining has recently been refurbished. The white imitation leather is in fine condition, as are the imposing dashboard and the carpets in a color close to that of the exterior.

Mechanical: Following a broken piston ring which led to oil consumption, the owner chose to replace the original engine with a rebuilt V8 with reinforced valve seats. This engine starts perfectly and is regularly serviced. It runs on SP95 without additives. The PowerGlide automatic gearbox shifts very well. Roadholding is also very pleasant, thanks in particular to the level-correcting inflatable rear shock absorbers. The braking system has been completely overhauled and is highly effective, as is the power steering.
