This 928 was delivered new in April 1981 and arrived in France in 2000. Since then, it has had just one owner until 2017, a second until 2022, and the current owner until today. It was in storage from 2004 to 2022, then undergoing restoration from 2022 to 2024.

This car is in very good condition, both in terms of presentation and running order.
The bodywork has been completely refurbished and repainted inside and out in Amethyst metallic from the Porsche colour chart. The only exterior detail showing signs of wear are the aluminium window trims, which are slightly faded, typical of the 928 phase 1. The model has been fitted with the 928 S front spoiler and rear spoiler.
The interior is original and in good condition for its age. The dashboard is not cracked, the carpets are in good condition and the rear seats have been redone by a saddler. Only the front left seat has a 2 cm crack at the top. It is fitted with a period BBS steering wheel. All the electrics work (centralisation, electric windows, etc.). The fuel gauge on the dashboard no longer works but has been replaced by another VDO in place of the clock.
The mechanical parts have been completely dismantled and professionally rebuilt. All the engine gaskets are new, both cylinder heads have been ground, the valve timing is new, the injectors are new, the starter motor is new, the transaxle bearings are new, all the brakes are new, the wheel bearings are new, the 18" wheels are fitted with new tyres, the rack and pinion has been refurbished, the front and rear geometry has been adjusted, four adjustable threaded unions are new, all the filters and fluids have been replaced, including those in the automatic gearbox. The car is in very good working order.
