🇺🇸 Car delivered new in February 1961 by Peter Satori, dealer in Pasadena, California.
Conditions
The car is in superb condition, both in terms of appearance and operation. Reliable and equipped with a recognised Volvo powertrain, it can cover any distance.
Exterior
🚘 The bodywork and paintwork look great, with a red hue and black interior faithful to the car's original configuration. The alignments are regular, and the bumpers (stainless steel) are well preserved and free of pitting.
The soft top is in excellent condition, with no tears or discolouration, and remains perfectly watertight.

Interior
The cabin looks very good too: the leather trim is supple and crack-free, the dashboard looks good, the carpets are clean and all the gauges and instruments are functional.
Mechanical
🔧 Very good mechanical condition, starts without any noise or abnormal smoke. The car is reliable and covers any distance. In 2020, it went to a Dutch specialist.
The original Pont-à-Mousson engine and gearbox were replaced for reliability reasons by a Volvo powertrain, the same as on the Facel IIIs with which it shares the chassis. The original engine and gearbox will be sold with the car (see photos).
