The Satisfaction or Refund guarantee applies only to modern GT cars. The car must be in good working condition and meet the eligibility criteria set by CarJager.
- Duration: 72 hours or 100 km driven, from the time of taking possession of the car.
- Subscription conditions: The guarantee must be activated no later than the day of the car purchase.
- Coverage: Buyback of the car at the purchase price including registration taxes and reimbursement of services, excluding the cost of the Satisfaction or Refund service.

Find below all the answers to questions you may have about the satisfaction guarantee or refund.
- The CarJager Satisfaction or Refund contract covers the following vehicles:
- 1. Sports cars
- 2. Classic cars
These vehicles must be purchased through CarJager to be eligible for this guarantee. The coverage includes repurchase of the car at the purchase price (including registration taxes) within 72 hours (3 days) or 100 km driven, whichever comes first. Services are also refunded, except for the cost of the Satisfaction or Refund service itself.

You must activate the Satisfaction or Refund guarantee on the same day you purchase your vehicle via CarJager. The guarantee remains valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
