Mercedes-benz 250 Sl Pagode 1967 / Automatic

This Pagode was delivered new to France, then exported to the USA in 1984. It is said to have had two owners in America. The current owner bought the car in 2011 via Ebay, when it was on sale at Cosmopolitan Motors LLC in Seattle. He carried out over 60,000 euros worth of restoration work by recognized specialists (Atelier SL, Étoile Collections). The car is in excellent working order, suitable for daily use over all distances. A little extra, this Pagode has a French three-seater registration.

Condition:

General: This Pagode is in superb condition.

Exterior: The bodywork has been carefully restored in 2019 to its original color. The hard top has also been repainted. The seals have all been removed and replaced. The chrome, wheels and headlights are in beautiful condition. The bumpers are new. The sash alignment is satisfactory. The soft top is nice, having been recently replaced.

Interior: The quality of the interior is remarkable. The upholstery is new, as are the carpets and woodwork, which have been redone. The dashboard is in excellent condition, and all on-board instrumentation is functional.

Mechanicals: The mechanicals are in excellent working order. Compressions are good. The engine is smooth and pleasant to drive. Gearshifts are smooth and the car brakes well. Roadholding is reassuring.

Basements: The foundations are sound, and the floors have recently been redone. Photos are available on request.
