History
This Alfa Romeo was bought new by its first owner in October 1971 in Paris. The second owner purchased the car in December 1986. He kept it for almost 40 years before selling it to the current owner. The car is therefore a third-hand French import. The mileage has been recorded since 1993.

General state
General: The car has a well-documented French history and is in excellent overall condition. It has recently undergone a number of services (oil changes, spark plugs, ignition system, new tyres, exhaust, running gear, bodywork, etc.) and would be perfectly suitable for everyday use.
Bodywork: The bodywork is in very good overall condition. The car has undergone a restoration (costing around €12,000), with the work carried out at a reputable workshop. The paintwork is therefore very smooth and of high quality. The alignment of the doors and windows is very satisfactory. An important point regarding these cars is that the car is in perfect condition and shows no signs of rust or corrosion.
Mechanics: The car’s mechanical components are in excellent condition. The Weber carburettors have been meticulously tuned: the car holds its idle and revs up nicely with a lovely sound and no smoke. The gears change smoothly and all the synchros are in good working order! This 1750 has just been serviced and is ready to hit the road with no mileage limit! The front suspension has been overhauled, adjusted and the shock absorbers replaced. It starts perfectly, whether the engine is warm or cold.
Interior: The brown interior is original and in excellent condition. The door panels and headlining are in very good condition. All the carpets are also in good condition. The on-board equipment is in working order, as are the radio and the electric aerial. The passenger seat upholstery has a fault in the stitching and could be repaired prior to sale.
Consumables: All four tyres are new. The brake system has recently been flushed and shows no signs of leakage. The discs and pads show little wear.
