History
This Dodge Challenger is a Rallye edition that succeeds the R/T designation used on previous models, which was discontinued after 1971.
🇨🇦 It rolled off the production line during the model's final week of production and was delivered new to Canada that same year, in 1974. It underwent a complete restoration in Canada in 2008. 🇫🇷 Then, in 2020, it was imported to France and subsequently purchased by its current owner.
📸 A feature article on this model was published in Nitro magazine, issue 303, in January 2020. 📄 In August 2025, the car was appraised. The report is available and confirms the car's very good overall condition.

🚘 The bodywork and paintwork are in excellent condition. The car is fitted with removable satin black trim around the headlights and grille, reminiscent of the Challenger R/T style, as this black finish had been replaced by the body colour on the Rallye model. This trim gives it a more aggressive and authentic look. The vinyl roof, rims and chrome elements are in very good condition. The interior is also in excellent condition. Only the top of the dashboard has a crack due to exposure to the sun. Other than that, the upholstery, headliner, door panels, magnificent "Pistol Grip" gear lever and instrumentation are all in very good condition or fully functional. 🔧 Very good mechanical condition, starts without noise or abnormal smoke. Handling is excellent. The car revs easily and gear changes are smooth.
Maintenance is up to date with gearbox and axle oil changes carried out in June 2025. The owner indicates that the front brakes need to be bled to optimise braking. Undercarriage is sound. 🛞 Tyre wear: Front: 10% Rear: 10%

After spending weekends in a camper van at automotive events with his grandparents and Sunday mornings watching Automoto with his father, Johan decided to turn his passion into a career. He began as an automotive technician before training in sales to join the CarJager universe. Probably born in the wrong era, he dreams as much of the British elegance of a Jaguar E-Type as of the emotion of a 1960s Ferrari. Today, he assists both sellers and buyers in bringing their projects to life, working with cars from the 1950s to the present day.
