Produced in just 73 examples, our example is chassis number 0051 and has a well-known racing history on some of Europe's greatest circuits.

In 1992, 1993 and 1994, it made a name for itself in the Gentlemen Drivers Trophy, before continuing its career in 1995 in the Philippe Charriol Supersports Trophy. In the hands of Belgian driver Eric de Doncker, it secured a 5ᵉ place in the Group C category and established itself as one of the most competitive cars.
Maintained by Alvan Engineering, the Belgian importer of Venturi, it contested a few Belcar races in the early 2000s before undergoing a complete restoration at the SRO Race Centre in Le Castellet in 2016. Today, it is in near-new condition, ready to return to the track or to take pride of place in a collection

The restoration has been carried out down to the smallest detail, with a completely new body, new Garrett turbos, Lexan windows, headlights, fuel pumps, overhauled engine and reconditioned shock absorbers. A few discreet improvements - reinforced hubs, Unibal suspension, optimised lubrication system - ensure even greater reliability without betraying the original spirit.
With 400bhp from its twin-turbo V6 and weighing just 1,070kg, it remains a competitive and reliable car. It is eligible for the greatest historic events.
At the request of the current owner, the car was recently painted by French artist Bertrand Lavier. A unique work by the artist, this Venturi is intended as a tribute to the 'Art Cars' that raced at the time.
