History
This Alfa-Roméo Sprint Veloce 'Alleggrita' is one of just 600 produced by the brand between 1956 and 1958. An ultra-specific racing car, this Alfa-Romeo has aluminium doors and Plexiglas windows. Our French example is in superb condition and has a full history.

Delivered new in Paris on 05 December 1956, the car was registered 254 GR 75. It changed hands for the first time in 1962 and ended up in the Var region, where it took part in a number of vintage rallies and races.
Purchased in 1968 by the third owner, the car moved to Isère and continued to compete in local races. In 2007, the car was found again in the south-west of France, and the current owner bought it in 2022.
