Introduced in the early 1990s, the W124 convertible complemented the Mercedes-Benz coupé range with a soft top designed in collaboration with Karmann. The 300 CE-24 features the 24-valve six-cylinder engine from the 300 E-24, renowned for its smoothness and responsiveness, in a convertible body produced in a limited series. The Sportline trim, featured on this example, adds a sporty touch to the model’s timeless elegance.
This example was first registered new on 17 February 1993 in Germany. The car was subsequently taken to the Netherlands. Its mileage has been recorded through various roadworthiness tests carried out in that country. The car arrived in France in 2021, when the current owner purchased it from a Dutch dealer. The car underwent a full service in August 2024 at Mercedes-Benz.

This Mercedes 300 CE-24 Cabriolet is in very good overall condition.
🚘The bodywork is in excellent condition. The paintwork, in the ‘Almandin Rot’ red shade, looks superb; there are virtually no flaws, and it is gleaming. The alloy wheels are in good condition. Only one wheel has a slight mark. The black soft top has been recently serviced and features a new, genuine Mercedes fabric. The headlights and wing mirrors are in good condition.
The interior is also in excellent condition. The black leather upholstery is firm and shows no significant wear in the photos. It is true to the build quality of Mercedes cars from the 1990s. The dashboard, with its wood trim, is in good condition. All the on-board equipment is in working order.
⚙️The 24-valve six-cylinder engine, paired with the automatic gearbox, underwent a full service in August 2024: engine oil change, spark plugs, filters, cylinder head gasket replaced, and electrical system overhauled (alternator replaced). The car starts and runs normally. Road holding is good. The underbody is sound.
🛞Tyres: Michelin Primacy 4 XL 225/55 R16, fitted on 3 August 2021 (wheel balancing and front/rear alignment carried out on the same date).
