History
Born in 1964 under the impetus of tuner Amédée Gordini, the Renault 8 Gordini transformed a quiet saloon into a popular sports car. Equipped with a supercharged engine and a sharp chassis, it embodied the spirit of accessible competition. In 1966, the Gordini Cup revealed a whole generation of amateur drivers. Blue with white stripes, the "Gorde" quickly became a myth, the symbol of a France in search of speed and freedom.
The car was delivered new to the Rhône region in 1966. The second owner owned the car from 1983 until 2024, when it was sold to the current third owner.
The car has benefited from a high-quality full paintwork finish.
The engine and gearbox are as original.
