History:
Our example was delivered new in France to its first owner in 1989. This Venturi has a very complete history and remains in its original configuration.
Uniquely, it is one of the four units produced out of the 194 examples that were equipped with a Siemens ignition prototype, which increased its power from 200 hp to 230 hp according to Venturi records. These were prototypes tested on a few series models to enhance the PRV engine's performance in anticipation of its later use in the 24 Hours of Le Mans on the 600 LM.
The current owner bought it in 2019 from a classic car collector in the Narbonne area.
Condition:
Exterior: The bodywork, in its "Nilus" shade, is in very beautiful condition. The "VIAL" rims are original and in very beautiful condition. The same goes for the lights and glass. The cover of the left front light has a slight scratch, which is only visible when the lights are lifted.
Interior: Overall, the interior is in a beautiful state of preservation, despite some signs of age. All the onboard instruments work.
Mechanical: The PRV engine starts well and its overall operation is very satisfactory. A considerable amount of work was done in 1994 (engine top end, timing chain kit, clutch, front & rear shocks, engine mounts, cooling system). The car has traveled 25,000 km since then, while being well maintained in the meantime. The seller is fitting 4 new tires for the sale, in February 2024. The report from the last technical inspection is clean.
Underbody: The underbody of the car is healthy. More photos are available upon request.

A responsive and available team. It is true that all these services come at a significant cost. But it is probably the price of peace of mind and trust between buyers and sellers.
