This model, equipped with the flathead 6-cylinder engine, rolled off the production line in 1950. It is one of the 1800 units produced that year, making it a rare model. This Willys underwent a complete restoration from the bare chassis in 2009 (estimated at $77,000) by its former owner in the United States. In 2021, the current owner (a Jeepster collector) imported it to France.

Condition:
General: The car is in excellent aesthetic and mechanical condition, evidence that the Willys has been restored and maintained to the highest standards. The appraisal report made the same observation in 2021.

Exterior: The bodywork is in perfect condition, as is the red paint, which is taut and without any shade differences, indicating very good quality refurbishment. The car's alignments are as they were from the factory. The chrome shines like new, the convertible top is in a new condition (replaced during the restoration), and the wheels present very well.

Interior:
The interior of this Willys is in very good condition. Redone during the restoration, the black Leatherette upholstery is in perfect condition and provides very comfortable seating. All dashboard instrumentation is functional.

Mechanical: The car runs perfectly, starting smoothly and revving linearly. The engine underwent a complete overhaul during the restoration, as did the gearbox and its overdrive, as well as the braking system. All these works on the car allow it to have an extremely healthy road behavior.
