Overall: This car is in excellent condition, as evidenced by a comprehensive expert report available on request. All the consumables are recent, and the car is ready for you to travel in comfort worthy of the finest modern saloons.

Exterior: The Everflex roof is in excellent condition. The car had a coat of paint a few years ago, in its original "Dark Oyster" colour.

Interior: The interior is in remarkable condition (see photos). The woodwork, although original, is in generally good condition. All the instrumentation is functional.

Mechanical: The famous 6 ¾ litre engine, powered by Bosch fuel injection and a Garrett turbo, delivers around 320 bhp, without any vibration, and in impressive silence. The engine
offers a stable idle and good acceleration. Gear changes are smooth. The steering and front axle are precise.

Underpinnings and consumables: the chassis is in very good condition, with no corrosion or blakson. The tyres were changed 3 years ago and are in excellent condition.

History: Produced in only 1211 examples (LWB - Long Wheel Base), this 1991 Bentley Turbo RL was imported into Japan in 1995 via the importer Cornes.
It returned to Europe (Belgium) in 2007 with just 49,000 km.
We've known all the owners since then, right down to the last one who has clocked up around 20,000 kms in recent years.

Succeeding the short-lived Mulsanne Turbo in 1985, the Turbo R (R standing for Roadholding) was characterized by optimized running gear and extra power, estimated at around 330 hp - Bentley did not divulge at the time the exact resources of its cars in this respect, traditionally described as "sufficient" by the firm's technical departments. In fact, the car symbolized the rebirth of Bentley, which for many years had been reduced to a sub-brand of Rolls-Royce; for a long time, the brand retained exclusive rights to the supercharged 6.75-liter V8, thus creating an absolutely unique combination of performance and refinement, all in an inimitable style whose charm the years have not managed to erode. Only 1,524 Turbo R models have been bodied in a long chassis, as shown here (for the sole benefit of rear passengers), further enhancing the exclusivity of the proposition!
