📜 The Fiat 1500 Cabriolet, launched in 1963, is the elegant successor to the series of convertibles designed by the Italian master Pininfarina. It stands out for its flowing lines and its front end featuring twin headlights, adding a touch of ‘dolce vita’ sophistication to the brand’s range.
Under the bonnet, it replaces the OSCA engine of previous versions with a more robust and low-maintenance 1,481 cc Fiat engine, producing around 80 horsepower. Throughout its production run until 1966, it won over an international clientele thanks to its excellent balance of haute couture elegance and mechanical reliability.

This Fiat 1500 Cabriolet was first registered on 11 October 1966.
🇫🇷The car arrived in France in 2018. It has been owned by its current owner since 2023 and is now registered as a classic car.

Mechanical state

This Fiat 1500 is in excellent overall condition. It was fully restored in 2011. The bodywork was stripped back to the bare metal, and the entire mechanical system was rebuilt.

🚗 The exterior of this Fiat 1500 is in excellent condition, with a sky-blue paint finish that beautifully highlights the lines designed by Pininfarina. The car is fitted with a black soft top in very good condition, as well as a hardtop which has a few cosmetic flaws, but these do not affect its use. The alloy wheels and wheel trims are well preserved. The headlight lenses and chrome trim are flawless.

The interior is in excellent condition. The black vinyl upholstery is well preserved. The dashboard and carpets are in perfect condition.

⚙️The mechanics are in working order; they were overhauled as part of the restoration, as shown in the photos in the file. The gearbox shifts smoothly. The road holding is satisfactory.

A 1969 Mustang Mach1 SCJ 428, followed by a much rarer Maserati Merak. Always professional and quick, despite the very specific cars.
