History

The car was first registered in England in September 2000. It was imported into France in 2007 by a specialist who carried out the conversion. This workshop sold the car to its first French owner in 2009. In 2012, its second French owner took possession of it and sold it about seven years ago, in February 2019, to the current owner.

General state

This Lotus is in good overall condition and comes with a comprehensive record of service invoices compiled over the years. The last service was carried out in January 2025 (oil change, filter replacement, clutch fluid change). The car is a 120 ch version fitted with a 135 ch kit.

Mechanics: The car starts perfectly whether warm or cold, with no smoke or unusual noise. It handles well on the road and does not overheat. The cylinder head gasket was replaced in 2022, at the same time as the exhaust manifold gaskets. A high-pressure aluminium radiator has been fitted and the coolant hoses have been replaced. The car is fitted with a BMC carbon fibre intake kit, an AP Racing reinforced clutch (2020), and a Larini exhaust system and catalytic converters. The gearbox and timing belt have been replaced.

Bodywork / structure: The aluminium chassis shows no signs of impact or repair. The bodywork is in fair condition, with a few visible imperfections as shown in the photo gallery, particularly on the rear bumper.

Interior: The car was converted to left-hand drive at the Evran Automobiles workshop in 2007. The driver’s seat shows wear on the seat cushion and lumbar supports. All dashboard controls are in working order. The Burgundy red soft-top was replaced in 2013 and is still in excellent condition.

Electrical system: Recent battery (04/2024). All components are in working order (headlights, indicators, fan, hazard warning lights, etc.).

Chassis / tyres / underbody: The car is fitted with adjustable Nitron shock absorbers. The rubber bushings, ball joints and suspension arms are in good condition.
