History
The car was first registered in the UK in September 2000. It was imported into France in 2007 by a specialist who carried out the conversion. This workshop sold the car to the first French owner in 2009. In 2012, the second French owner took possession of the car and sold it to the current owner around 7 years ago, in February 2019.
Conditions
This Lotus is in good general condition and has a good track record over the years. The car was last serviced in January 2025 (oil change, filter, clutch bleed). The car is a 120 bhp version with a 135 bhp kit.
Powertrain: The car starts perfectly both hot and cold, with no smoke or abnormal noise. It handles well on the road and doesn't overheat. The cylinder head gasket was rebuilt in 2022, at the same time as the exhaust manifold gaskets. An aluminium high-pressure radiator was fitted and the cooling hoses were changed. The car is fitted with a BMC carbon intake kit, an AP racing reinforced clutch (2020) and Larini exhaust and catalytic converters. The gearbox and timing system have been rebuilt.
Body/structure: The aluminium chassis shows no signs of impact or repair. The bodywork is in used condition, with a few blemishes visible in the photo gallery, notably on the rear bumper.
Interior: The car was converted to left-hand drive in the Evran Automobiles workshops in 2007. The driver's seat shows some wear on the seat and lumbar supports. All the dashboard components are functional. The Burgundy red soft-top was replaced in 2013 and is still in great condition.
Harness: Recent battery (04/2024). All parts are functional (headlights, indicators, fan, warning, etc.).
Running gear / tyres / underbody : The car is fitted with adjustable Nitron shock absorbers. The silent-blocks, ball joints and suspension arms are in good condition.
