History

This Lincoln Continental MK V was delivered new to the USA in 1978 and was one of the rare ‘Diamond Jubilee’ limited series offered by Lincoln at the time to celebrate Ford's 75th anniversary. This special series was particularly well equipped, with all the options available at the time (electric seats, adjustable steering wheel, electric windows, Cartier PM, etc.). This Continental is powered by a 460 ci V8 developing 210 bhp.

Our example arrived in Europe in 2010. This car is in superb original condition, with everything in perfect working order. The original paintwork is superb without a speck of rust, the upholstery is also in very good condition and all the mechanical parts have been overhauled.

Finally, it is important to note that this car has all its period accessories, its tool kit, its American documentation and an important file of invoices. These Lincoln MK Vs are rare on the European market and typical of an era!
