History

This 911 was delivered in Italy in July 1970.
It was imported to France in 2015 by the previous owner, who is a close friend of the current owner. Between 2016 and 2017, he launched a major restoration, adorning an already very sound and functional base. The current owner had therefore known the car for years before buying it back in 2024.

General state

🚘 Originally white, the owner launched this complete restoration with the aim of changing it to this elegant blue. The bodywork has been fully restored, from the bare hull down to the rotissoire. A photo file attests to the work carried out. The base was very sound, so no major structural work was required.
The finish is of excellent quality, the paintwork is of good quality and tightly stretched. The underpinnings are like new, and perfectly sound.
The interior has been completely redone, and is in remarkable condition, with colour combinations taken from the 992 Sport Classic.

🔧Mechanically:
During the restoration, the original engine was completely rebuilt. This work is also documented. The running gear is new. Its overall operation is very satisfactory. It has a reverse first gearbox, which means that 2nd and 3rd gears are opposite each other, which is pleasant on narrow roads.
The last service was carried out in May 2025 (engine and gearbox oil change, ignition, etc), so the car is up to date.
