History
This 930 Turbo 3.0 is one of the last to be produced before the arrival of the 3.3 models, and it was registered in Belgium relatively late, in April 1977. After more than 30 years in Belgium, it arrived in France in 2009, ending up with a Parisian collector. The current owner purchased it in 2016; he is a collector who owns around ten classic 911s in the Drôme region.
He is very meticulous and has looked after it carefully. It has only 134,500 kilometres on the clock and the seller states that the engine was completely rebuilt by the previous owner. It has just undergone a major service by a renowned specialist.

Exterior: The bodywork of this 930 Turbo is in excellent overall condition. The paintwork was repainted shortly before it arrived in France, probably between 2007 and 2008. Over the years, a few very subtle signs of wear have become apparent. The Fuchs wheels are in good condition. They have been repainted in the tricolour scheme; the most discerning buyers might have them repainted to restore them to their original condition. The electric sunroof works perfectly.
Interior: The black leather interior is remarkably well preserved. The leather on the seats is taut and has developed a very attractive patina. The dashboards of older 911s are known to sometimes crack, but on this particular car, it is intact.
Mechanics: The flat-six engine was overhauled in 2009. It runs very well. The four-speed manual gearbox is in very good condition; gear changes are surprisingly smooth for an older 911. The handling is precise, thanks in particular to the Bilstein shock absorbers fitted. The exhaust has been upgraded with a stainless steel silencer. The turbo kick from this 3.0-litre engine may take novice drivers by surprise – it’s not called the ‘widowmaker’ for nothing!
Underbody: The car’s underbody is sound.
