History: This Volvo P1800 was delivered new in Sweden and first registered in 1966. It was imported to France in 2017, when the current owner acquired it.

Condition:
General: This example is in beautiful, presentable condition.

Exterior: The exterior of this Volvo P1800 is in very satisfactory condition. The recently redone paintwork is in very good condition. The rear-view mirror and headlight lenses are in very good condition. The 15-inch wheels are well preserved, despite a few scratches. In 2018, the front grille was replaced.

Interior: The interior of this car shows some age-related wear and tear. The upholstery retains all its period authenticity, with the seats still comfortable. The headliner is in good condition. The black imitation dashboard is also well preserved, and the instrumentation is functional, with the exception of the oil dipstick and clock, which show some malfunctions.

Mechanical: This Volvo is equipped with a 4-cylinder engine that works perfectly, offering the reliability of this model. The engine is mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox + overdrive (functional) ensuring smooth gear changes and a pleasant drive. BF Goodrich tires are in good condition. A battery cut-off switch was installed in 2024. The alternator and starter motor have also been changed.
