History

This car rolled off the production line at AC Cars Autokraft Ltd in March or April 1982, and was then exported to the United States in May of the same year. It was subsequently registered in the United Kingdom. Imported into France, it was awarded its FFVE classic car certificate in 2019 and was registered in France on 17 May 2019. The current owner has owned it since that date.

This example is in a very fine condition.

The aluminium bodywork is well maintained. The dark blue paintwork is even and well preserved. The two-tone gold and chrome alloy wheels are in good condition. The headlights and the chrome front bumper are in good condition. The chrome trim is shiny.

Inside the cabin, the camel-coloured leather upholstery is well preserved. The leather-trimmed dashboard shows no visible cracks. The wood and aluminium steering wheel bears the AC badge. The instrument cluster is in working order.

The Ford 302 V8 starts without hesitation and revs up nicely. The engine bay is clean and well-presented. The car is fitted with an MSD electronic ignition system. The 4-speed manual gearbox operates perfectly. The road holding is excellent.
