History
Unveiled at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show, the Alfa Romeo Sprint GT Veloce (tipo 105.36) offered a faster and better-equipped alternative to the previous Sprint GT. This Veloce version, which had the lowest production run of the Bertone coupés (excluding the GTA), is distinguished in particular by a more powerful engine, a three-bar chrome grille and a wooden dashboard.
This particular car was first registered on 24 March 1967 in France. Its manufacturer’s plate bears the name of the French Alfa Romeo distributor in Paris. Its current owner acquired it in 2018. According to Histovec, he is the car’s fourth owner. Since then, the car has been maintained by garages in the Chalon-sur-Saône area.

General state
This example is in fine condition. It has been carefully maintained, as evidenced by invoices totalling over €10,000.
The bodywork has undergone a partial restoration. The doors fit well, with no play in the hinges. The grey paintwork has been carefully repainted. The original steel wheels are in good condition, complete with their chrome centre caps. The chrome on the bumpers, grille and window surrounds is well preserved. The green clover emblem adorns the rear pillars.
Inside the cabin, the havana leather upholstery is original. It has never been restored and has developed a lovely patina. The door panels are in good condition, as is the carpet. The wooden dashboard is well preserved. It houses the round dials and a car radio. The three-spoke steering wheel is in good condition. All the dashboard controls are in working order.
The four-cylinder engine is powered by two twin-barrel Weber carburettors. It was serviced on 27 May 2026. Numerous components have been refurbished in recent years. The rear axle has been restored. The cooling, braking and electrical systems have been overhauled. The exhaust system is new, as is the battery. The seals and belts have been replaced. The Michelin 155R15 82T Collection tyres were fitted in August 2019. They have covered less than 5,000 km since then. The roadworthiness test on 24 June 2026 was passed with no issues. The engine delivers its power well, and the gears change smoothly, without any problems (even in second gear). The car is ready to hit the road. It will be delivered with its cover and charger.
Underbody: The underbody is in very good condition: no signs of rust or perforating corrosion. The spare wheel well and the fuel tank are in excellent condition.
