This Austin Healey left the factory in early 1959 before going to its first owner, an American. It arrived in France in 2008 and the current owner bought it in 2015.

The bodywork is in remarkable condition. The paintwork is perfectly taut and reveals a superb shine. We note the addition of ventilation grilles on the wings, ensuring flawless cooling and a sportier look. The soft top and side screens are in very good condition. The chrome and wheels are in excellent condition.
As with the exterior, the picture is very positive inside. The upholstery is in excellent condition, as are the dashboard and carpets. This demonstrates the care and quality of the restoration. Of course, all the on-board instrumentation is functional.
As for the mechanics, you only have to look at the engine compartment to understand. The car is in perfect working order. The gearbox, coupled with an overdrive, also works perfectly. There's not a hiccup to be deplored during gear changes. The road handling of this British roadster is excellent, with the side-mounted exhaust system providing a superb sound.
