🚚 This Austin Healey MK3 BJ8 was delivered new in 1965.
It arrived in France in 2013, imported by Classic Cars and rebuilt by them. The previous owner kept it for more than 11 years, until his death. The heirs sold it to the current owner via an auction house.
The current owner bought it in 2024 on a whim. After spending more than €22,000 to restore the car to the best possible working order, he decided to part with it in favour of a vintage Jaguar.

🏎️ The bodywork was repainted a dozen years ago and looks very good overall. The spoked wheels and chrome are in good condition. The soft top fabric is supple and in very good condition, and the deployment mechanism works very easily. The soft top cover is new.
The interior is in very good condition, the upholstery having been redone in 2015. The gold seat edges and Moto Lita wooden steering wheel add a touch of elegance.
Mechanicals:
The mechanicals are in very good working order. The overdrive works well. Roadholding is smooth and reassuring. Structurally, the car is sound.
Production date for front and rear tyres: 2020, fitted in 2024, 1000 km covered.
