History

This Porsche Carrera 4S, delivered new in France and first registered in 2002, has been in the hands of its fourth and current owner since 2020. The car has been serviced almost exclusively at the same Porsche centre since it was first put on the road. The car has a complete set of invoices and a stamped service logbook certifying its mileage. Following a broken IMS bearing in 2022, the engine underwent a complete overhaul. The car is now completely reliable and no longer subject to this risk of breakdown. The car was serviced in December 2025. Both water coolers are new.

External state

The bodywork of this Porsche 996 4S is in satisfactory overall condition. The paintwork looks good. The varnish is shiny. We note a few superficial scratches. The 18-inch rims look good despite a few scuff marks. The headlight lenses and rear-view mirrors are in perfect condition.

Interior state

The interior of this Porsche is in very good overall condition. The leather seats are in very good condition, with no signs of tearing or premature wear. The carpets are also well preserved. The dashboard is in very good condition and the instrumentation is fully functional. This 996 is equipped with a Pioneer system, which is more modern to use than the original PCM. The car is equipped with a fully functional Bose audio system, as well as a sunroof.

Mechanical state

The engine, which is in perfect condition, underwent a complete overhaul in 2022 following a broken IMS bearing. The work was carried out by a reputable specialist (911 Montmartre). The engine, which is almost new and now reliable, runs perfectly and delivers its full power.
The 6-speed Tiptronic automatic gearbox ensures smooth gear changes and excellent driving comfort. The car handles well on the road.
