History: Delivered new in Germany, this 968 arrived in France in 2006. The current owner acquired it in 2021. It has been stored in a dry, closed garage and comes with a substantial file of invoices dating back to 2012. Thanks to these invoices and the partially stamped service book from its previous life in Germany, we can certify the mileage. Its rather unique configuration even earned it a feature in issue 70 of Speedster magazine.
Condition:
Overall: This Porsche is in excellent overall condition.
Exterior: The car is now in its original configuration. The Horizon Blue paint suits it wonderfully. The paintwork was previously redone and shows no preparation or application defects. There is only a small chip on the right front wing, but it remains discreet. The Cup wheels are all in excellent condition, as are the headlight lenses. Naturally, the pop-up headlight system is operational.
Interior: The cabin is dark blue. Leather elements like the front seats and door panels are very well preserved. The carpets are also in good condition. The tailgate can be opened remotely from the key or electronically from a control inside the cabin, revealing a large trunk, which can be expanded by folding down the rear seats. This 968 is equipped with a Targa roof, a real plus for the driving experience. It, along with the rest of the dashboard instrumentation, is functional.
Mechanical: The engine runs very well, revs smoothly, and delivers full power without abnormal noise or smoke. It is paired with a manual transmission that shifts smoothly. Overall, the car's handling is very sound.
Undercarriage: The car's undercarriage is sound and free of corrosion. Photos are available on request.
