History
This Spitfire was delivered new to the United States in 1963. It has recently undergone extensive work.
Condition :
General: The car is in excellent condition, both cosmetically and mechanically.
Exterior: The bodywork is very shiny. However, there are a few cracks in the doorsteps. The owner indicates that the car has been repainted in its original colour. The wheels, recently repainted, are in excellent condition. The same goes for the chrome and wheel trims, which are in excellent condition and sparkling. The headlamps and windows look good.
Interior: The cabin is in very good condition. The upholstery is in very good condition, with no holes or tears. The dashboard and carpets are in excellent condition and all the on-board instrumentation is functional.
Powertrain: The engine starts and runs perfectly and the car revs very well. As far as the gearbox is concerned, the ratios are well guided and don't creak. The clutch has just been replaced. The car handles very well on the road.
Chassis and underpinnings: The underpinnings are very sound and free from perforating corrosion. Photos are available on request.

Passionate about cars from a very young age, Valentin grew up in this world thanks to his father and grandfather. As soon as he got his license, he decided to turn his passion into something concrete by importing a BMW Z3 2.0 Roadster purchased at auction in Japan—an experience that taught him the ropes of importing, registration, and sales. Drawn by the idea of combining automotive pleasure and profit, he continued with iconic models such as the BMW M3 E46 and an Alpina C1 2.3 from 1984. In November 2021, he joined CarJager to structure this activity and support the company's growth, and he is proud of how far the firm has come.
