History
Designed by Carroll Shelby, the Cobra 427 is one of the most spectacular sports cars of the 1960s: a lightweight chassis from a British AC roadster combined with a high-displacement American V8. The original examples, which are extremely rare, have inspired faithful replicas, including those produced by the Californian manufacturer Superformance, renowned for the quality of its builds.
This example is a Cobra 427 replica built by Superformance, chassis number SP 02037. It is registered in France with a standard vehicle registration certificate, listed as a ‘428 Replica Cobra’. The car currently has 26,800 km on the clock. Having been carefully maintained, it will require no further expenditure from its future owner.
It is important to note that this car will be sold fully serviced, with a valid roadworthiness certificate for the sale.

This AC Cobra 427 Superformance is in exceptional condition, true to the original and free from any cosmetic flaws. The bodywork is a glossy, even metallic grey. The Halibrand-style alloy wheels are in very good condition and are fitted with Cooper Cobra G/T tyres.
The interior is upholstered in black leather, which has been well preserved, with black carpet bearing the Superformance logo. The dashboard is also in excellent condition.
⚙️ The mechanics of this car run flawlessly. It has been carefully maintained and will not incur any costs for its future owner. The engine revs freely and the gearbox shifts smoothly. The car has just undergone a major service at Aston Martin Luxembourg (September 2026, €3,490.66 incl. VAT): ignition check and adjustment, new parking brake shoes, right-hand rear drive shaft boot, clutch master cylinder repair, brake fluid, final test drive and preparation for the MOT.
