🇧🇪 This extremely well-configured Porsche 997.1 Carrera S was delivered new to Belgium (C22) in 2004.
🇫🇷 It arrived in France in 2018. 📄 The stamped service log attests to the mileage and regular servicing of the car at Porsche Centres or by specialists. The servicing is up to date.
✅ The IMS bearing was made more reliable by the specialist Flat69 in 2021 at 62,495 km. An endoscopy of the cylinders was carried out on 22 January 2024 at 70,451 km, and no scratches were found.

🚘 The bodywork and paintwork are in very good overall condition. The rims are also in very good condition. The rim bolts were replaced at Porsche in 2024 for a perfect finish.
🟤 The interior is beautifully presented in this rare and sought-after Cacao colour. In 2024, all the soft-touch plastics and buttons were professionally refurbished and are now like new. A PCCM+ system has also been installed to improve on-board connectivity, with Apple CarPlay. It should be noted that the owner still has the original PCM.
The car has many sought-after options such as extended leather, the spot chrono pack, the Bose audio system and heated sports seats.
