History
This Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint is prepared for VHC. Originally fitted with the small 1300cc engine (which is sold with the car), this Sprint has been optimised for touring rallies and VHC. To achieve this, a 1750cc engine was fitted to the car. The engine, which was completely rebuilt less than a year ago, is currently in the final stages of running-in. Weber 45s, disc brakes at the front, a more direct steering rack and a fairly open exhaust system confirm the sporty character of this Alfa.
Exterior: The chassis is in excellent condition. The fundamentals: rocker panels, floorboards, wing panels, boot floor and wheel arches are in excellent condition. Photos are available on request.
The front shock absorbers have just been changed. The body is quite rigid and the steering is very direct. The bodywork is in good condition, with a few small stone chips on the front mask and some scratches on the body. There is also a 15 cm defect on the front bonnet (see photos).
Interior: The car is fitted with two bucket seats and retractable seat belts. The wooden steering wheel is fitted. The roof lining is in good condition, as are the black carpets. All the on-board instrumentation is functional.
Powertrain: Currently fitted with a 1750 engine still undergoing running-in, the car will be sold with its original 1300cc engine. Gears shift perfectly without cracking.
Underbody: The underpinnings are perfectly sound. Photos are available on request.
