History
Unveiled in 1968, the BMW 2800 CS marked a revival of the Bavarian make’s large coupé. Designed by Karmann, it launched the E9 coupé line-up, which would go on to produce the famous 3.0 CSL. With its straight-six engine, timeless elegance and refined interior, it remains one of the most sought-after German GTs of the late 1960s.
This 2800 CS has been owned by its Italian owner since April 1982. It has recently undergone a complete restoration. The bodywork is as good as new, as is the engine. The car has been listed in the ASI (Automotoclub Storico Italiano) historic register since 2023.

Passionate about cars from a very young age, Valentin grew up in this world thanks to his father and grandfather. As soon as he got his license, he decided to turn his passion into something concrete by importing a BMW Z3 2.0 Roadster purchased at auction in Japan—an experience that taught him the ropes of importing, registration, and sales. Drawn by the idea of combining automotive pleasure and profit, he continued with iconic models such as the BMW M3 E46 and an Alpina C1 2.3 from 1984. In November 2021, he joined CarJager to structure this activity and support the company's growth, and he is proud of how far the firm has come.
