History
Unveiled in 1988, the BMW M5 E34 is the epitome of the understated sports saloon: beneath its 5 Series bodywork lies the 3.6-litre straight-six engine of Motorsport origin, inherited from the M1. The M5 3.6 models produced up until 1992 are now regarded as one of the symbols of the golden age of BMW saloons.
This particular car was first registered on 30 June 1990 and spent its early years in Italy, where its mileage is certified by a Car-Pass report. Imported into France in 2019 with a BMW France identification certificate and a certificate of conformity, the current owner acquired it in July 2020. He subsequently undertook extensive restoration work.

This BMW M5 is in excellent overall condition.
🚘The bodywork, in “Sterlingsilber” metallic grey, is in excellent condition. It has been recently repainted. The wheels are Motorsport-style, and one of them has a very slight scratch.
The interior is upholstered in black leather, which is well-preserved, featuring an Mtech2 leather-wrapped steering wheel, a gear knob with illuminated grille and a rear centre armrest with a sliding storage compartment. The car is fitted with dual-zone automatic air conditioning, electric seats with memory function and its original radio. The dashboard is not cracked. The headlining is peeling.
⚙️The vehicle underwent restoration work in January 2024: engine, gearbox, running gear, suspension, exhaust and upholstery. The owner has driven only 3,000 km since this complete restoration, carried out entirely using BMW OEM parts.
