Ferrari 308 Gtb Vetroresina 1976 / Manual

This example is in excellent condition. It has retained its original patina. An independent valuation was carried out in September 2026, confirming that the car is in good condition.

The fibreglass bodywork shows no cracks or deformation. The doors and windows are well aligned and the clearances are even. The red paintwork is uniform. It bears a few signs of wear and tear due to its age. The front left indicator lens is broken. The windscreen seals need replacing. The five-spoke alloy wheels are in good visible condition. The underbody components are in their original configuration.

Inside the cabin, everything is original. The beige leather upholstery has never been reupholstered. It has developed a lovely patina. The brown carpets, door panels and headlining are also original. The black leather-trimmed dashboard is well preserved. It features a three-spoke steering wheel and a period car radio. A thorough cleaning and treatment of the leather will be enough to restore it to its former glory. The instrument cluster is in working order. Please note that the odometer has been replaced; the mileage is therefore estimated at around 65,000 km.

The V8 engine, fitted with four Weber carburettors, starts normally, without any unusual noise or suspicious smoke. No leaks have been detected. The engine was completely rebuilt in the past, following a failure of the original engine. This rebuild used parts from another Ferrari 308 whilst retaining the original block. The timing belt was replaced at the end of 2023 but has seen very little use since then. The 5-speed gearbox shifts smoothly, with no play or creaking. The clutch is in good condition. The MOT on 10 July 2026 noted wear on the front suspension ball joints. The rubber bushings need replacing, as do the right-hand driveshaft boot and the four Fulda 205/70 R14 tyres. The exhaust shows signs of wear. Once the running gear has been overhauled, the car will regain its precise handling.
