The car was delivered new to Charles Pozzi on 15 March 1983. In 1985, the second owner, a Parisian, acquired it and kept it until October 1996, when the third and current owner purchased it. He has owned it for over 29 years. This 512 BBi is one of 27 models designed in collaboration with Ermenegildo Zegna, famous for its luxury craftsmanship.

General state
The 512 BBi is the ultimate evolution of the Berlinetta Boxer series, produced between 1981 and 1984. With its 4.9-litre flat V12 engine developing 340 horsepower, it was the fastest road car ever built by Ferrari at the time.
Exterior: The car is in very good overall condition. The Rosso Corsa paintwork is smooth and shows no major flaws. A few traces of stone chips are visible in the photo album. Interior: Our BBi is one of 27 models equipped with Ermenegildo Zegna wool-covered seats, headliners and door panels. The interior has remained strictly original and is in good overall condition. The driver's seat is equipped with a Sabelt harness. The leather on the dashboard is slightly worn. The headliner is taut and the black Nardi leather steering wheel is very well preserved.
Mechanics: The car is fully up to date and has its original engine. It underwent a complete service in December 2024 at a cost of approximately £9,500. This work included, among other things, replacement of the clutch, timing belt, oil seals, engine and exhaust gaskets, and valve clearance adjustment. The car starts perfectly when cold or hot and has all its power. Under full load, the engine performs perfectly. Consumables: The tyres date from 2009 at the front and 2013 at the rear.
