He then undertook a complete restoration, bringing it back to its former glory.

This Jaguar MK2 is in excellent condition throughout.
Exterior: The bodywork of this MKII presents very well.
The Primrose Yellow paintwork is in excellent condition.
The restored chrome and spoked wheels are also in very good overall condition.
Interior: The cabin looks very good with its beautiful red leather and beige canvas headlining. The burr elm wood trim on the dashboard and doors is original and has been restored.
Powertrain: The original 6-cylinder engine, which has been restored to full working order, starts quickly and runs smoothly.
The Moss gearbox was drained in May 2025 and the hydraulic clutch has been bled. The overdrive is functional.
The Coventry factory plate in the engine compartment is still visible.
Underframes: The underpinnings of the car are sound and free from corrosion. Photos are available on request.
