This Lancia Beta Montecarlo Series 1 was first registered in 1977. The current owner purchased it 20 years ago, in 2004. All mechanical and maintenance records have been carefully documented in a logbook. A detailed history, complete with a file of invoices covering the last two decades, is available, demonstrating meticulous record-keeping.

The beautiful bodywork of this Lancia Beta Montecarlo, designed by Pininfarina, looks smart in its grey finish. The repainted bodywork has a lovely sheen and really shows off the car’s lines. The door seals would benefit from being replaced to achieve a flawless finish. The 13-inch wheels, wing mirrors and headlight lenses are well preserved, with no notable defects. This model is fitted with a black soft top, which is in satisfactory condition, with no signs of tears.
Interior state
The interior is well-maintained, despite some signs of wear consistent with the car’s age. The red faux-leather seats are in good condition, with no tears or major defects. The carpets are in excellent condition, contributing to a pleasant interior atmosphere. The dashboard is well-preserved and the instruments are in working order.
Mechanical state
The engine in this Lancia runs perfectly, ensuring easy starts and good performance. The 5-speed manual gearbox offers smooth and precise gear changes. The mid-rear-mounted engine provides a unique driving experience. The handling is sound. The car has recently undergone various maintenance works to ensure it runs perfectly: the timing belt was replaced in 2018, the carburettor was repaired in 2020, and the front shock absorbers, brake master cylinder and clutch were replaced in 2023. All four tyres have also just been replaced.
