The Land Rover Defender 90 G4 Edition is a limited-edition model launched in 2003 to mark the first G4 Challenge, an extreme adventure competition that succeeded the famous Camel Trophy.
It is instantly recognisable by its exclusive Tangiers Orange paintwork and its specialist features, such as the roof rack, rear ladder and reinforced body protection.
Based on the TD5 engine, this model combines the Defender’s legendary off-road capabilities with an ‘adventure’ aesthetic highly prized by collectors. Produced in limited numbers, it has now become a highly sought-after item.

The current owner purchased it in April 2025.

This Defender is in very good overall condition.
🚘The bodywork is in very good condition. The “Tangiers” orange paintwork is smooth and has a lovely sheen. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition, as are the headlamps.
Inside, the seats are very well preserved. The dashboard shows no signs of wear.
The headlining is not peeling. The instrument cluster is in working order.
The turbocharged 5-cylinder engine starts and runs well. The gears change smoothly. The handling is satisfactory.
