The front seats, meanwhile, have been replaced by Sabelt bucket seats fitted with harnesses, which will delight purists but are obviously impractical for everyday use, and not recommended for sensitive backs given the extreme stiffness of the suspension. A car to be driven more than driven, the R26.R - timed at 8 minutes 17 seconds on the North loop - is without doubt the most captivating and exclusive of all Mégane R.S. cars.
