History
Introduced in 1973 as the ultimate performance option for the 350ci engine, the L82 version was designed to preserve the Corvette’s sporting spirit in the face of the decline of the ‘Big Blocks’ and increasingly stringent emissions standards. Thanks to optimised intake, larger valves and a forged steel crankshaft, this engine managed to deliver robust power throughout the 1970s, making the C3 a survivor of the muscle car era.
🇺🇲This car rolled off the production lines at the Saint Louis plant in Missouri, USA, in 1974.
🇫🇷It was imported into France in 2014. The current owner purchased it in 2022.

This car is in very good overall condition.
The bodywork is in very good condition and free from rust. The alignment and fit are good. The red paintwork is smooth and has a lovely sheen. There is a slight scuff mark on the front bumper. The alloy wheels are well preserved. The pop-up headlights show no particular defects. The roof is a two-piece ‘T-Top’ removable roof.
Inside the cabin, the seats are in good condition and fitted with Sabelt harnesses. The dashboard shows no defects. The car is fitted with a circuit breaker. The instrument panel is fully functional.
⚙️ This Corvette has just been serviced; the 350ci “L82” V8 starts normally and revs well. This car is fitted with a 5-speed manual gearbox (4+1 “Doug Nash”), which is not original. The manual gearbox offers precise and smooth gear changes. The road holding is very good.
