This DSpécial was delivered new to France in 1972 and the current owner is buying it in 2021.

General state
The car is in good general condition. The car was appraised in February 2025 and found to be in good cosmetic and mechanical condition.
External state
The paintwork is in generally good condition, despite some signs of wear. In particular, there is a rubbing mark on the left-hand rocker panel. Some of the chrome is slightly pitted, but remains in good condition and retains its shine. The wheel trims are also in very good condition.
Interior state
The interior is original and has a beautiful patina. The upholstery is well preserved, despite a few signs of ageing on the door armrests and on the left-hand side of the driver's seat, where the leather is crumbling. The dashboard and carpets are in very good condition.
Mechanical state
The car is in good working order but would benefit from a general overhaul. The engine is a DY2, not in keeping with the one it was originally fitted with, which was a DV3. Equipped with a functional hydropneumatic suspension, this DS offers exceptional driving comfort. Roadholding is excellent. The steering has recently been revised.
