History
In 1967, this 250 SE was delivered to its first owner in France. The current owner acquired it in 2011. The previous owner was a professional bodybuilder, who completely overhauled the paintwork.
States
General state
This 250 SE is in beautiful condition.
External state
The bodywork is very attractive. The paintwork is of very good quality and has obviously been carefully applied. It is still in its original colour.
Interior state
The interior is extremely refined. The dashboard is made of varnished solid wood, a real work of woodwork. The upholstery is in black leather. Some parts show signs of wear, but the owner is keen to preserve the patina of the interior, which still has most of its original leather. The on-board instrumentation is fully functional.
Mechanical state
The in-line 6-cylinder engine is in very good working order. It is very pleasant to drive. The car is regularly serviced by the Legend Automobile specialist in Paley. The gearbox is smooth and fluid. A lot of work has been done on the brakes to make the car safe. Surprisingly, the engine starts with ease all the time, even after several months out of action, without even disconnecting the battery. This is proof that the electrical system is in good condition, with no current leaks.
